Inquantio is a fully open-access journal. Publication for Vol. 1 (2026) is fee-waived for all accepted articles during the inaugural period. APCs will be introduced from Vol. 2 with full waiver provisions for eligible authors.

APC Waivers and Discounts
Full Waiver — Low-income countries: Authors from World Bank low-income economies are eligible for a full APC waiver. Applied automatically based on corresponding author affiliation.
50% Waiver — Lower-middle-income countries: Applied automatically based on corresponding author affiliation.
Case-by-case waivers: Authors who cannot fund publication from grants or institutional support may apply for a discretionary waiver. Requests must be submitted before acceptance with a brief statement of financial circumstance.
Funding Acknowledgement
Authors must disclose all funding sources in the Acknowledgements section, including grant numbers. Funders requiring open-access publication (NRF, NIH, Wellcome Trust) are complied with automatically through the CC BY 4.0 licence.
